My favorite, and probably one of the greatest bodybuilders the world will ever know. Those quads just blow my mind away.

@mindgames50 i have been, i feel the intensity again, but now i have to work on my dedication now :S its like as soon as i get one thing back, another drops. im 175 lbs, i wanna work to become 200 lb lean. if you could help, that would be greatly appreciated

Why is he holding his arm in the air the whole time? It’s awesome though.
Very positive role model. Alot of athletes in any sport can learn from the way he is as a person.
Ronnie is such a great guy and one of my most favorite bodybuilders.
Although he’s huge as fuck, I prefer his old physique.
Coleman is the man.

what human being with a set of balls would not want to be Ronnie for a day? what i’d give to look like that….
I can’t say that i wasn’t some what happy when he quite. It put some real competition back into the sport. I knew and know he’s going to come back out of retirement for some more competition. But he’s the man.
Some will tell you Big Ron looks like a pregnant rhino, some will tell you he’s the best. The way I see it he is simply what a human being looks like if you pack as much muscle mass as possible into one frame. Holy fuck is all I can say
1. 2006 his left backside started to shrink visibly, 2007 his back was gone
2. I dont thin he will come back
3. I am sure he cannot beat his 2001/2003 etc. form
4. He is and ever will be the Greatest of All Time.
